In a medical emergency like stroke, timely delivery of appropriate care makes the difference. Clinical pathways based on research-based guidelines, if implemented correctly, will enable a team with even inexperienced members to perform in a world class manner. Comprising of 'main' and 'admin' apps, along with a real-time database, our solution will facilitate accurate real-time communication, monitoring of delays with a synchronized timer, and also tracking of patient movement, enabling through and real-time auditing to continuously improve performance of the team. Ultimately, we expect this will take out at least some of the stress associated with acute stroke management and thereby enable care providers to focus on what is important - providing the most appropriate treatment in time.
