Comprising of 'pathway' and 'receiver' apps, along with a real time database and on-call scheduling, this system will facilitate accurate real time communication, monitoring of any delays (with built in timer) and also documentation of patient movement thorough the care pathway, thus enabling through and rapid auditing to continuously improve performance of the team.

Ultimately, we expect this will take out at least some of the stress associated with acute stroke management and thereby enable care providers to focus on what is important - providing the most appropriate treatment in time.
